Dallas County Crime Victims Council

This event held annually at Cliff Temple Baptist Church honors victims of violent crimes and their families. It is a time for family and friends to come together to commemorate their lost loved one by hanging an ornament on the tree in remembrance.

Crime Victims’ Council of Dallas County invited community members to the 2013 annual fundraiser that supported The Tree of Angels & National Crime Victims’ Rights Week ceremonies.
